hello, I’m Farzin…
I instantly fell in love with Pilates when I attended my first class over 16 years ago. I regularly attended classes and signed up for a short training course in 2005 to further my knowledge and feed my new favourite past-time. In 2010, I decided to follow my passion and change career to become a Pilates Instructor and I travelled to Canada to train with Stott Pilates.
I have been teaching for just over ten years and have loved every second of it. I continue to learn and be up-to-date with the latest moves by attending workshops as well as attending other Pilates classes. I actually look forward to going to work and sharing my latest acquired knowledge with my clients. It’s a pleasure to see people learning, improving, developing, progressing and enjoying my classes. The best decision in my life has been to become a Pilates Instructor. I have also just recently trained as a Basi Pilates Instructor.
I offer intimate Pilates classes for all levels, one-to-one personal training sessions in Pilates and Barre and Pilates and Yoga retreats.
In this challenging and ever changing environment, I can also support you in achieving your health and fitness goals from the comfort and safety of your own home via ZOOM.
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Thank you so much for dissolving the bubble-like swelling that I've had for 6 months on my right ankle, which appears to be a weakness in my foot from an old injury. It disappears like magic after you class. My GP and Physiotherapy failed to have any effect. You are a superb pilates teacher. In 20 years of doing classes, no-one compares with your skill of teaching.
Farzin has a great karma about her, she knows her stuff and always runs a creative, engaging and interesting class. At the end of the class, I feel about an inch taller and more importantly I feel refreshed and revitalised. She is kind, funny and charming – a great teacher who really makes you feel at ease. I also have an inner core of steel without even seemingly working out too hard!
